What’s the difference between a drop shipping and a ‘direct to customer’ business? ‘DTC’ brands follow the ‘Drop Shipping’ model to deliver their products to customers. However, they have more control over how the goods are being manufactured or how they will be delivered than the ‘drop shipping’ merchants. However, these two types of traders are not very different.
